What is The Complex?
● We are a family entertainment center featuring high-tech, sports-themed games for all ages. Our quick-service and full-service restaurants feature great food and a self-serve beverage wal – that’s right, self-serve!! We also host parties and events of all sizes. The Complex has what every sports enthusiast is looking for and more! Come check out what we have to offer!
How does pricing work?
● It is free admission to the location; you simply pay as you play. Guests will load their wristbands with points. Those points are the credits needed to play the various activities that we have to offer. Once your wristband is loaded, you will tap and go on the activity you choose. The activities differ in pricing. Pricing for the activities ranges from 8 points/credits to 20 points/credits. For example, $10 will equal 40 points/credits. It’s that simple!
How are you addressing COVID-19?
● We are a brand new facility, and we want to make sure we stay that way. Here are just a few steps we’ve taken to ensure that happens.
○ Reduced Guest Capacity
○ Daily Temperature Checks (Staff & Guests)
○ Masks Required (Staff & Guests)
○ Air Purification (w/ 99.9% sterilization)
○ Touchless Hand Sanitizer Stations Throughout Facility
○ Daily Sanitization & Nightly Deep Cleans of Entire Facility.
○ Contactless Payment for Activities & Food
How much does it cost?
Do you guys have a dress code?
● We do not have a formal dress code, but some activities have certain clothing requirements. All requirements will be listed on that specific activity.
o Ropes Course: closed-toed shoes required; no skirts/dresses allowed
o Zipline: closed-toed shoes required; no skirts/dresses allowed
o Rock Wall: closed-toed shoes required; no skirts/dresses allowed
o Drop Slide: no skirts/dresses allowed
Is there an age limit?
● At The Complex, everyone’s safety is just as important as having fun. Combining fun, food, sports, and entertainment can create some epic memories with your friends and family, but it’s also important to us that you leave in better shape than when you arrived. So here are a few safety rules we ask that you follow while at The Complex:
o No loitering or soliciting
o Any Guest under-16 (at all times) must be supervised by a Guest over-21.
o You must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid identification card to consume alcoholic beverages.
o Removing alcohol from the premises is prohibited
o No smoking (incl. e-cigarettes) inside the building and/or outside the entrance or exit areas.
o No threats or abusive language towards guests or staff.
o No animals are allowed with the exception of service animals
o No open carry or display of weapons. This is strictly prohibited except those carried by law enforcement officers
o No gang activity, including wearing apparel intended to indicate gang membership, including use of gang symbols or slogans
o Appropriate attire, including shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. Visible undergarments or sagging pants are not permitted
o All activities are “play at your own risk.” The Complex does not assume responsibility for any injuries that may occur
o The Complex will deny service to any person(s) who conducts disorderly conduct and/or related offenses.
Do you close due to weather?
Do you guys serve alcohol and food?
● Anyone wishing to drink MUST be 21 years of age with valid proof of age.
● Outside food and beverage is not permitted. The only exception is store-bought cakes with clearly-labeled ingredients for parties.
Do you have parking?
● And if you don’t want to drive, we also have Gwinnett Transit just outside of our parking lot. Now isn’t that convenient?!
Do you guys have an area for kids?
● Of course! We would never forget about our Little Leaguers. We have a Kid’s Zone Area designed especially for those 4 feet and under.

● All events require at least a $100 deposit.
